Quick start
Arrowsterr checks what AI assistants say when your buyers ask about your category. Then it helps you write the content that gets you cited. Setup takes about 3 minutes.
- Create your account at app.arrowsterr.com. The free trial runs 7 days with no credit card.
- Add your website. Pick your country and business type. Arrowsterr reads your site and researches your brand, your buyers and your competitors.
- Review your topics and prompts. You get 5 topics with 5 prompts each: real questions buyers ask AI, like "best CRM for small agencies". Edit anything that doesn't fit.
- Run your first check. Arrowsterr asks every AI model your prompts and scores the answers. After that, checks run on their own every day.
Your first results show up in a few minutes. Trends start to mean something after about a week of daily checks.
Key ideas
- Prompt
- A question a buyer might ask an AI assistant. Arrowsterr asks it for you every day.
- Topic
- A group of prompts about one buying need, like "pricing" or "integrations". A brand can have up to 8.
- Visibility
- The share of AI answers that name your brand. 40% means 4 in 10 answers mention you.
- Position
- Your average spot when an answer lists brands. #1 is best.
- Sentiment
- How warmly AI describes you, from 0 to 100. Higher is better.
- Rank
- Where you place among every brand AI names for your prompts, by visibility.
- Source
- A website or page an AI answer links to. Getting mentioned on sources AI trusts is how you climb.
- Task
- The unit for paid research, like keyword data or a content brief. Your plan includes tasks each month.
Prompts and topics
Open AI Visibility → Prompts to see every prompt by topic. Hover a row to edit or delete it, or add new prompts under any topic.
- AI models checked: ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Overview and Google AI Mode every day. Claude and Perplexity once a week.
- Check now: re-run prompts on demand. Your plan sets how many a day.
- Prompt limit: shared by every brand in the workspace. The trial tracks 25, Starter 50, Pro 100 and Agency 300.
Write prompts the way buyers talk. "Best payroll software for a 20 person startup" works better than "payroll software".
Reading your results
The top of each page shows your visibility, sentiment, position and rank, with arrows that compare to the period before. Use the bar at the top to change the date range, or filter to one AI model or one topic.
Click any prompt to open its deep dive. You see each model's full answer, the brands it named in order, and the sites it linked.
AI answers change from day to day. Look at the trend over a week or more before you act on one result.
Competitors and the quadrant
AI Visibility → Competitors lists every brand AI names next to yours. The quadrant places each brand by how often it's named (up) and how high it's listed (right).
- Leaders
- Named often and near the top. The brands to beat.
- Challengers
- Named often, but lower in the list.
- Niche Kings
- Named less, but high up when they are.
- Rising Stars
- Named less and lower. Watch them over time.
Switch the quadrant to one topic to see who wins that niche, and who AI describes most favorably. Open any brand for a head-to-head battle card by model, topic and prompt.
Sources
AI Visibility → Sources shows the sites and pages AI links to in its answers, and how often. Each site gets a type: You, Competitor, UGC (like Reddit or YouTube), Reviews (like G2), Editorial, Reference or Corporate.
Sources are your PR list. If AI keeps citing one Reddit thread or one review site, get your brand mentioned there.
Keyword Research
Find what your buyers search on Google. Enter a seed keyword to get ideas, phrase matches or related searches, each with monthly volume, difficulty from 0 to 100, cost per click, intent and a 12-month trend.
Data is for your brand's country. Each search uses 10 tasks, and the same search is free for 30 days after.
Domain Research and Competitive Analysis
Domain Research shows any website's keywords, top pages and Google competitors for 10 tasks. Competitive Analysis compares your site to competitors and finds the keywords they rank for and you don't, for 25 tasks.
Send any keyword to the Topic Bank or straight into your Content Plan.
Content Plan
Your Content Plan is a schedule of pieces to write, built for you by an AI agent. Answer a few questions about your goal, funnel focus, size and formats, and the agent researches keywords, groups them and orders them.
- Order: quick wins first, like pages that already rank and only need an update. Then mostly ready-to-buy pieces, with comparing and learning pieces mixed in.
- Pace: 3 pieces a week for 12 weeks get dates. The rest wait as ideas.
- Size: up to 120 pieces on paid plans, refreshed monthly. The trial builds 10.
- Views: a sheet you can edit like a spreadsheet, and a calendar where you drag ideas onto dates.
The Topic Bank holds keyword ideas you saved for later. Move them onto the plan when you're ready.
SERP analysis and briefs
Open any piece to run a SERP analysis: Arrowsterr reads Google's top 10 results for the keyword and sums up what they cover (20 tasks). Then create a content brief with the angle, outline, questions to answer and sources to cite (100 tasks). The brief reuses the SERP analysis.
Agentic Writer and publishing
Write in an editor that feels like Google Docs. Ask the agent to draft a section, build a table, add links, find stats from the web or create an interactive element. It writes in your brand voice from your brand guideline, which Arrowsterr builds by reading your site.
When a draft is ready, publish it to WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, HubSpot or Ghost from the editor. Connect your CMS once, and every draft after that publishes in one click.
Content Intelligence
See every page on your site with its Google traffic, keywords and AI citations. Each page gets a tag:
- Top performer
- Top fifth for visits, with a keyword in Google's top 3.
- Striking distance
- Its best keyword sits at #4 to #20 with real search volume. An update can push it up.
- Steady
- Gets visits and holds its spots.
- Underperforming
- Ranks for keywords, but none in the top 10.
- No traction
- No visits and no keywords.
Click Plan an update on any Striking distance page to add it to your Content Plan. Link Google Analytics 4 to add real page views and visits from AI.
Client reports
Open Reports and pick a report in one click:
- Client report: everything in one designed report. Pick sections, add an AI summary, and style it.
- AI Visibility: every prompt, every model and each full answer.
- Competitors and Quadrant: who AI names most, and where each brand sits.
- Content Intelligence: how every page performs and which to update next.
Download any report as a PDF, or create a share link your client can open without logging in.
White label
In Reports → White label, type your agency's website and click Learn my brand. The agent reads your site for your name, logo, colors, fonts and contact line, and restyles the report to match. Change anything after, and turn on Hide "Made with Arrowsterr".
Your style saves to the workspace, so every teammate gets it.
Members and roles
Invite teammates in Settings → Members.
- Owner
- Everything, including deleting the workspace.
- Admin
- Manages members, billing, integrations and API keys.
- Editor
- Edits prompts, runs research, builds plans, writes and shares reports.
- Viewer
- Sees every result and downloads reports. Can't change anything.
Plans, tasks and limits
Your plan sets your prompts, brands, seats and monthly tasks. See what's left in the task bar at the bottom of the sidebar, or in Settings → Plans & billing. Tasks reset each month, and you can buy task packs if you run out.
| Action | Tasks |
|---|---|
| Keyword search or list of ideas | 10 |
| Domain Research | 10 |
| Competitive Analysis | 25 |
| Every page of your site on Google | 40 |

Integrations
On Pro and up, connect Arrowsterr to your other tools in Settings → Integrations:
- Slack: a message when your visibility moves by your alert size, or a competitor passes you.
- Zapier and webhooks: send daily results and alerts to any app.
- Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor: ask about your data in plain words with the MCP server.
- API: pull your data into your own dashboards with the Arrowsterr API.
Common questions
Why is my visibility 0%?
AI isn't naming your brand for these prompts yet, which is common for newer brands. Check that your brand name matches how people write it, and look at Sources to see where AI gets its answers.
Why did my numbers jump overnight?
AI answers vary from day to day, and models update often. Use a 7 or 30 day range to see the real trend.
Who can see my data?
Only members of your workspace, plus anyone you send a report share link to. Revoke a member or an app any time in Settings.
Do all my brands share one limit?
Yes. Prompts and tasks are shared by every brand in the workspace, so you can split them however you like.
Still stuck? Email hello@arrowsterr.com or book a call.
No match. Try "competitors", "tasks" or "white label".
