Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you (or the company you represent) and Arrowsterr ("Arrowsterr", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using Arrowsterr, you agree to them. If you sign up for a company, you confirm you can agree for it.

1. The service

Arrowsterr tracks how AI assistants like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Google's AI features talk about brands. It also offers SEO research, content planning, writing tools, website analytics and reports. We may improve or change features over time. If we remove a major paid feature, we will tell you first.

2. Accounts

You must give a real email address and keep your sign-in safe. You are responsible for what happens in your workspaces, including what your team members do. Tell us right away at support@arrowsterr.com if you think someone got into your account.

3. Free trial

New accounts get one 14-day free trial of the Scale plan. No card is needed. When the trial ends, your workspace becomes read-only until you pick a plan. Your data stays safe. One trial per person.

4. Plans, billing and renewal

  • Plans are billed monthly or yearly, in advance, through Stripe. Prices are shown on our pricing page and do not include taxes, which we add where required.
  • Your plan renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
  • Upgrades apply right away. We charge the difference for the rest of the current period.
  • Downgrades apply right away. We credit the unused difference to your next invoice. Brands, prompts or seats above the new plan's limits are paused, never deleted.
  • Canceling: you can cancel at any time in Plan & billing. Your plan keeps working until the end of the paid period, then the workspace becomes read-only.
  • Refunds: payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it.
  • If a payment fails, we will retry it and tell you. If it is still unpaid after 14 days, the workspace may become read-only.
  • We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. New prices apply from your next renewal.

5. Allowances and fair use

Each plan includes allowances, like prompts tracked, content briefs and content plans per month, and research lookups per day. Monthly allowances reset on your billing date, and daily ones at midnight UTC. AI features are subject to fair use. We may limit use that is far beyond normal for your plan or that harms the service for others.

6. Your content

You own the content you put into Arrowsterr and the briefs, drafts and reports you make with it. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. We do not use your content to train AI models.

7. AI output

Arrowsterr uses AI. AI answers, suggestions and drafts can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Check important facts before you rely on them or publish them. AI assistants change their answers often, so visibility results show what we saw at the time of each check.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law, or infringe anyone's rights;
  • upload malware, or try to break into or overload the service;
  • scrape, copy or resell the service, or use it to build a competing product;
  • share accounts to avoid paying for seats;
  • put sensitive personal data (like health or financial data about people) into prompts or briefs;
  • install the tracking script on a website you do not control, or without the notices the law requires.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules. Where we can, we will warn you first.

9. Website tracking script

If you install our tracking script, you are responsible for your own privacy notices and any consent your visitors' laws require. Our Data Processing Agreement covers how we handle that data for you.

10. Third-party services

Arrowsterr connects to services like Google Analytics, Stripe and AI providers. Their own terms apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for changes or outages on their side.

11. Availability and support

We work hard to keep Arrowsterr running, but we do not promise it will never go down. We will tell you about planned maintenance when we can. Support is by email at support@arrowsterr.com.

12. Confidentiality

We keep your non-public content and data confidential and only use it to run the service. You keep any non-public information about Arrowsterr confidential too.

13. Disclaimer

Except as stated in these terms, Arrowsterr is provided "as is". We do not promise any specific ranking, traffic, mention by an AI assistant, or business result.

14. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential losses, like lost profits or lost data. Each side's total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations, or to fraud, or anything else the law does not allow to be limited.

15. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Arrowsterr and delete your workspace at any time. We may end these terms if you seriously break them and do not fix it within 14 days of our notice. After the end, you can export your data for 30 days. Then we delete it as described in our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to these terms

If we make important changes, we will tell you at least 30 days before they apply. If you keep using Arrowsterr after that, the new terms apply.
